Nurturing growth through every stage of life.

Adolescent and Young Adult Therapy

I love working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate the unique challenges that come with growth, relationships, identity, school, and life transitions. I strive to provide a supportive and compassionate environment where clients feel understood, valued, and empowered to process their experiences and build healthy coping skills.

I have experience helping adolescents and young adults who are struggling with:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

  • ADHD

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

  • Perfectionism

  • Grief and loss

  • Behavioral and disruptive concerns

  • School-related challenges

  • Family and sibling conflict

  • Conduct concerns

  • Emotional regulation difficulties

  • Life transitions and adjustment challenges

I also work closely with parents of adolescents, offering guidance and support to help them better understand and respond to the emotional and developmental needs of their child.

Therapy supports young adults as they navigate life’s unique challenges and grow into confident, capable people with greater purpose and direction.  I use a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual, meeting them where they are while providing a supportive space for growth, healing, and self-discovery.

  • Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical-Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Family Systems Therapy

  • Adlerian Therapy

  • Somatic relaxation techniques
