Adult Therapy

I often work with adults who are struggling with:

I use a person-centered approach and tailor treatment to the unique needs and goals of each client. Depending on the individual, I may incorporate a variety of evidence-based and expressive therapeutic approaches, including:

  • Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical-Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Family Systems Therapy

  • Somatic relaxation techniques

  • Sand tray therapy

  • Expressive art activities

  • Strengths-based interventions

  • Supportive and relational counseling
